Our story
Since 2010, Arch Fellow has grown from one McDonald’s restaurant to 37. We’re proud of what we’ve built, but prouder of the people who make it matter.
I sometimes describe myself as a hamburger salesman for McDonald’s. Technically true. Just not the whole truth.
What I really love about this business is people. Creating connections and relationships. Watching someone develop and grow. Seeing someone do more than they thought they could — or watching a team rise to the moment when everything is going sideways and somehow get it right.
That’s what I love about hospitality. The product may be hamburgers, but the work has always been human.
Over the years, one restaurant became 37 and our team grew to more than 2,100 people. The numbers are meaningful, but mostly because of what lives inside them: first jobs, careers, friendships, mistakes, second chances, promotions, and thousands of small moments when someone discovered they were capable of a little more than they thought.
We believe a first job can become a career. A crew person can become a leader. And a restaurant can be more than a place that serves its community — it can become part of that community.
That, more than the restaurants, is what I hope we continue to build at Arch Fellow.
